What Mapcentre Does
MapCentre.com is a centre for maps: finding the right map, building walking routes, printing clean copies, comparing satellite and street views, and understanding scale and projection.
Street, terrain, transit, or historical — matched to what you're actually trying to see.
Drop, label, and group pins to turn a base map into your map.
Click out a walking or cycling route and get distance, climb, and turn notes.
Clean, legend-included layouts for A4 and letter — for the glovebox or the notice board.
Flip between views to check what the cartographer simplified away.
Why Greenland looks huge and what 1:25,000 actually means — map literacy in plain terms.
How Mapcentre Works
Say what you need — a walk, a plan, a wall map — and get the right type.
Pins, labels, and routes turn the base map into your document.
Print it, share the link, or keep it in the centre for next time.
